Michael J. Moxley, C.P.A.

Mike Started Moxley, Ltd. in 1979 after spending two years as a Tax Manager for a large public accounting firm and six years with the Internal Revenue Service as a Business Income Tax Auditor, Special Enforcement Agent and Audit Division Group Manager.  Mike has extensive knowledge of tax laws and the I.R.S. administrative procedures that provide an extraordinary depth in handling tax matters for his clients. 

Carol S. Moxley, E.A.

Carol worked in a variety of bookkeeping positions while attending college.  She began working at Moxley, Ltd. in 1980.  Carol designs, implements and maintains both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.  She has extensive knowledge in federal and state payroll and sales tax matters and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.  Carol is directly responsible for the operation and management of the computerized general ledger and practice management functions of Moxley, Moxley and Olson, Inc.  She is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.


Roy J. Olson, C.P.A.

After college, Roy worked for ten years at a retail company that he helped grow to five stores.  Roy became the operations manager in charge of day to day operations of all five locations.  Roy also had eleven years experience as a Corporate Controller and CFO for a food wholesaler and several years as manager at a construction contractor.  In additions to his accounting and tax skills, Roy has developed a computer consulting specialty, assisting clients in the installation, networking, upgrading and operation of the computer systems.  He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, as well as, a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
